I have always had a passion for fitness, as an athlete and as a personal trainer. I chose an exercise related field in college because I knew that I wanted to be involved in the fitness industry in one way or another. When I graduated from college, I chose to become a personal trainer because I loved the idea of using my education and experience to help others improve their health. Now, ten years after graduating from college, I still have a passion for fitness as an athlete and as a personal trainer. I keep on top of all the latest scientific information in health and fitness through continued education so that I can provide my clients with the best possible service. As a personal trainer versatility is my strength. My experience and my education allow me to develop and teach effective fitness programs to my clients no matter what their needs may be.
