Services and Schedule

*One-On-One Personal Training — Chose one of our highly educated and experienced personal trainers to design and implement a customized fitness program to help you reach your fitness goals in our well equipped private personal training studio. Sessions are one hour long.

*In Home Personal Training — One-on-one personal training in your home or complex workout facility. Price varies depending on commute time.

*One-On-One “The Crunch” workout — 30 minute one-on-one personal training workout for those with limited time and/or budget.

*Triathlon and Endurance Sport Training — one-on-one and small group training/coaching for triathlon and endurance sports.

*The Crunch — 30 minute small group compound set workout guided by one to two personal trainers (depending on the number of clients; up to 6 clients per class) in our private personal training studio. If you have your own group of friends and/or coworkers, you may schedule your own private group “crunch” class. Otherwise, chose any of our convenient class times below.
